As a Branch Manager and Managing Broker, I am passionate about helping real estate professionals build successful, rewarding careers while delivering exceptional service to their clients. I lead a dynamic team of agents by providing mentorship, coaching, education, and access to the industry-leading tools, technology, marketing resources, and global connections offered through Coldwell Banker. I bring a unique combination of real estate expertise, business leadership, and international experience to my role. I hold a BA in Organizational Communication and an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Miami, have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991 and a CAM since 2005, and have earned designations including Certified Residential Specialist and Luxury Property Specialist. Prior to real estate, I spent more than 20 years in international management with Xerox, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Sonesta International Hotels, including 15 years living and working outside the United States. Today, I leverage that experience to mentor agents and help them build thriving businesses.
